After spending many years at a major bank, Amber learned she could provide clients like you with better control over your financing by becoming a mortgage agent. She is especially passionate about educating her clients on the different mortgage options available and she believes that a mortgage is “never just about the rate”. A true mortgage geek at heart, Amber loves to “find a way” to put approvals together - even in the most complex situations!

Keith Andrew
Keith is Underwriter for the team working behind the scenes to get your mortgage to the finish line. He has a thorough background in banking, finance, accounting, and tax rules. Keith is well-versed in all aspects of credit and underwriting policies for all available lenders. He takes files from the application stage, through the approval; all while working with the lender to get you the best mortgage possible. He may contact you with questions prior to the approval being issued to ensure the processing of your file going smoothly.

Samara Fairbairn
Samara is your point of contact after approval. She brings decades of experience in the mortgage industry and will ensure everything is in place for the closing of your file. Samara will be in contact with you to collect any documents we request from you for your mortgage. She will liaison with the lawyers, the appraisers, and the lenders accordingly to ensure that your mortgage details are set up as you wish.
